In the first workshop, we'll discover the basic skills of mentoring relationships. Participants will learn about the roles and strategies effective mentors, and mentees use in creating supportive developmental relationships.
In the second workshop, we'll discover what it means to lead and manage from a place of mentorship. Participants will distinguish between the nuances of management and mentorship and learn effective strategies and tools to wear both hats. This workshop will be most helpful to those who are currently managing individuals or teams.
In the third workshop, we'll unpack the importance of having a network of wise counselors and mentors that provide guidance and feedback for your personal and professional decisions. Participants will learn how to evaluate their current networks, identify gaps, and discuss ways to build out those areas needing attention. This workshop will be most helpful to those who are looking to expand their network.
These workshops are designed to be interactive. You'll have plenty of time to practice the strategies you learn along the way.
We'll provide a light dinner for you to enjoy during the program.
