Join us for a special opportunity for a leadership development workshop facilitated by John Champlin '06, MBA '15, Asst. Dir, Professional Development Center, WFU.
This workshop will explore the art of building a strong professional relationship with your supervisor or manager. Attendees will learn what Managing Up consists of and will also be able to identify behaviors that can hurt their ability to Manage Up. The essence of Managing Up lies in creating win-win situations for all parties, projects, and organizations. By practicing some of these skills, attendees will be able to better contribute to the success of their work area.
Workshop will be held in Room 235 of Alumni Hall. Gathering time and light, summer dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. The workshop will run from 6 - 8 p.m. $12 per person.
